Training Philosophy
Health and fitness have been my passion and way of life for over 20 years. I believe that when you are feeling your best, it will have a positive impact on every other aspect of your life. Fitness should be a positive, empowering experience. My approach is centered around creating a supportive environment where you feel challenged, motivated and inspired to reach your full potential.
My journey has taken me through various disciplines, including bodybuilding, Strength and Conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit and endurance training. This diverse experience has given me a unique perspective and skill set, allowing me to adapt to any clients needs.
Balancing life's demands can be overwhelming, with work, parenting, and social commitments competing for our time. My aim is to make fitness a seamless and enjoyable aspect of your daily routine, as habitual as brushing your teeth or taking a shower. It is through these habits that you will cultivate a sustainable, balanced lifestyle that nurtures your well-being for the long term.
I believe that training is a 50/50 proposition. I bring the knowlege, expertise and motivation and you bring the dedication and hard work. Together, we can achieve incredible results.

In-Home Training

Eliminate time wasted commuting to and from the gym by bringing the gym to you! With the option of having equipment brought to your home, or using your home gym, In-Home training brings all the elements of personal training in 60 minutes, start to finish.
Remote Coaching

Level up your training and break through plateaus with remote coaching. Using the CoachRX app, receive personalized programming, video analysis, a client/coach message board, nutrition and lifestyle guidance and performance tracking from the comfort of your own gym.
