Training Philosophy

25 years in fitness. No shortcuts. No quick fixes. Just the training, nutrition and habits that get results.
 


I have spent over 25 years in health and fitness — not just as a coach, but as someone who has lived it completely. Bodybuilding, Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit at a competitive level, strength and conditioning. I have been through every phase, made every mistake and come out the other side with a philosophy built on what actually works rather than what looks good on paper.
 

I coach clients remotely and in person — helping people in their 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s build the strength, nutrition and habits that hold up across a lifetime. My clients are people with full lives, real demands and not a minute to waste on programs that don’t deliver.
 

There are no quick fixes. What works — what has always worked — is building the right habits and playing the long game.
I bring the knowledge, the programming and the accountability. You bring the work.

One-on-One training built around your goals, your body, and your life.  Every session is purposeful -- movement quality, progressive strength, and coaching using a program designed specifically for what you want that will change how you look and feel.   

In-Home Training

The gym comes to you.  No commute, no waiting for equipment, no excuses.  In-home training delivers everything a gym session does -- personalized programming, coaching and accountability -- in the convenience of your own space on your own schedule.

Remote Coaching

Fully Personalized programming delivered through CoachRX -- wherever you are.  Weekly check-ins, nutrition guidance, movement feedback and direct messaging support.  Everything you need to train consistently and make real progress, at the gym or at home, and on your time.
